Shipment 15 is in(since last week)... Ashley opened the box with eagerness...

The prices are going up now, with the Raptor's popularity up high and the exchange rate to USD weak...

Kits sent out!

Woah today I sent out 6 boxes of kits big and small... Guys you should be getting your kits in 1 week's time... I will bill you guys later (I hate to do all those calculations!!)
Super tired after that... The weather's hot lately and the air seems bad, my nose is acting up and I am getting blocked nose whole day..


Enough ranting, I will post the Goblin conversion kit review and a full Gustav review on Sunday after church! Stay tuned guys!

Just been to the customs, first time being there, the folks there are very nice, just showed them the invoices and they billed my the GST, big hassle for me to go down all the way via MRT and bus and then come back by cab though. Not much tax, its a couple of dollars more for the more expensive kits and around a dollar for the cheaper ones.
Ashley just woke up and I have to put back the packing material so that she can take them all out again. Think she will be good working for customs in the future.. lol

What a day...

Stressful day at work even though today we had a company outing to the museum and to watch A Night at the Museum 2.

Bad news everyone, just came back home and got hit with a letter saying my box is stuck at the customs and they wanna open and inspect its contents for taxes.
First time this has happened to me for YAJ stuff. Must be too big a box (39 kits?! I did not count that many in my list). I will go down to customs to settle this tomorrow.

Customs add 7% to the final price of the stuff.

I will post this list and the pre-customs price very soon in a couple of minutes.
I don't expect the customs to add too much to the final price...

Heehee, shipment 13 has just sold out and number 14 is on the way...
This time its a large shipment with SAFS variants, PKS variant, flying things, and a couple of rare stuff too! I'll keep it a secret first. This time its mostly unclaimed kits, and I wanna let everyone in on the action, so after I received the kits and finalized the prices for the unclaimed kits, I will post the date and time when I will post the sales thread. The PMs that reach me first gets the kits.

Hi there! Thanks guys, shipment 13 is SOLD OUT even before I had the chance to post unclaimed kits in the various forums.. I guess the demand for Ma.K is building up again! On a side note, the prices of Ma.K are going up in YAJ, I guess the recession must be ending...

Fret not, shipment 14 (hopefully) is coming very soon and its loaded with 30+ kits...

Its a smaller box than usual, as the 30 day limit is up, I still have some stuff like Raptor stuck in Japan.
My girl Ashley actually requested to have the honor to take out all the newspaper packing.

Shipment 11 is finally in!

After a long wait, the shipment 11 is finally in! This time its very small box compared to before, as demand for Ma.K has dropped considerably due to the tough economy. Many of the non-Ma.K stuff are requests by a person. (Roberto, your stuff are in!!!)

I've gotten myself a few unclaimed kits here and there though... Will release them to the Market Place later after I get billed the shipping.
A few interesting boxes, a 1/12 AFS MkI, a resin proto AFS (both requests), 2 Raptors (one is the modelkasten resin version which I will review later), and my second ever Gladiator by B&Z. I am very tempted to keep this for myself!

Sigh, from now on I will do mostly requests instead of buying many unclaimed kits even though they come cheaper in bulk, as demand as dropped dramatically and I don't want to have my money stuck in the kits.
Besides, new kits are coming! Thats the good news amongst the bad ... ^^

Shipment 10 is finally in...

I am happy to announce that after 2 months of shipment drought, shipment 10 is finally in... The economic crisis has hit this hobby hard, and fewer buyers/requests as well as a very bad Yen to USD rate.... I used to get 1usd : 105yen in April 2008. Now its a ridiculous 1usd : 85yen. Now although the prices of Ma.K are dropping across the board at YAJ, the exchange rate made it such that the final prices only dropped a tiny bit...

Well enough ranting, here are the contents:

Shipment 9 is IN!

SMJ shipped to me shipment 9 and today the parcel came in... This is my largest shipment to date...
Cheaper kits (mostly) and a couple of my 'first' time kits... First time as in the first time I physically gotten the kit. Melusine!!! Now I can compare the two different versions of Melusines and post a review...

Today went out to celebrate with my in laws and my cell group called to sing for me on the phone and ... a shipment of Ma.K just came in at night!

The thing about the Oskar is that I sold mine, but then later I found that I really really liked the kit... So I went out and bought another one. Hard to explain... :)
