PKA H0 by Felix Siu, the same modeler who did the Fliege and other models in MKW. On the PKA is painted, in red, the Chinese character: Blessing (FU). Its painted upside down as a common practice in Chinese tradition to paste this character upside down on their doors, because it reads Blessing Come (FU DAO). The word upside down (DAO) in chinese sounds the same as Come.
