1/35 Fliege (D3 Works)

Another 1/35 kit, I realized the reason they are in demand is the vast amount of 1/35 scale accessories and kits out there (especially WW2 tanks, vehicles, and expensive resin figures). If one wants to do a diorama, 1/35 would be the more convenient way to go, rather than 1/20. Back to topic, this is a rare kit in YAJ, having only seen it twice before. No instructions are given, but its straight forward kinda build. Thanks to our Darklord for providing this kit for review! The casting is ok, with a few tiny air bubbles here and there. The antenna are also a bit warped but should be easily fixed.

Fliege Review

I've done up the scans for this review for many months now, but forgot to put it up due to being too busy in my daily life. Well here it is. The Fliege. Its not one of my favourite suits, due to the retro-like window open for the pilot, but is a major favourite among Ma.K modellers (and frequent request for YAJ bids). The sprue details are the same as the Kauz, so I'll omit them from this review. It has a pilot (standing) figure as part of the kit, though, as usual Nitto figures quality goes, the details are a bit soft.

Fliege - Autumn

Continuing from his previous work, Felix made this stunning diorama titled Autumn. Its another one with a strong anti-war theme. I've never seen a Fliege being done in non-space setting before. One of these days I will attempt to translate the contents to English for my English-speaking friends... Someday... in the meantime, enjoy!

Wait! Do I hear a low-humming sound? Its a Krach..!?
